1. Editorial intent
Articles on TimeScribe express the views of their named author or, in the case of unsigned editorials, of the TimeScribe Editorial. They are not the views of any institution we cite, link to, or quote.
2. Historical claims
We work with primary sources where possible and footnote secondary sources. Historiography is ongoing — interpretations evolve. If you believe a claim is inaccurate, please write to us with a citation; we update articles when warranted.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. For decisions that affect your life or finances, consult a qualified professional.
4. Translations
Every article is hand-translated. Where a Hindi term has no exact English equivalent (or vice versa), we use the closest neutral term and annotate footnotes where necessary. Both versions are equally canonical.
5. External links
We link to external sites to give readers original sources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for those sites' content, availability, or privacy practices.
6. AI-assisted work
We occasionally use AI tools for first-draft Hindi translation and copy-editing checks. Every published word is reviewed by a human editor before it goes live. We do not publish AI-generated factual claims without source verification.
7. Corrections
Significant corrections are noted at the bottom of the corrected article with the date. Minor typo fixes are made silently.
